On February 15, Willkie client PDI Technologies, a leading global provider of software solutions for the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale ecosystem, announced its acquisition of Blue Cow Software, LLC, a fuel oil and propane management software business.
With this acquisition, Blue Cow Software will divest from Repay Holdings Corporation, a leading provider of vertically integrated payment solutions. Blue Cow had been a subsidiary of BillingTree, which Repay acquired in June 2021.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners in its investment in PDI in 2019 and has represented PDI in numerous subsequent transactions.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Guercio and Erin Kinney and included associate Matthew Williams.
