On November 28, it was announced that Willkie client Capstreet Group sold portfolio company Onpoint Industrial Services, a provider of safety, logistics and planning services, to MML Capital.
Onpoint provides a diverse suite of safety, logistics and planning services enabling its customers in the refining and petrochemical industries to manage complex maintenance projects more efficiently and safely. Headquartered in Deer Park, Texas, with branch locations across Texas, Louisiana and California, Onpoint serves customers including Fortune 500 companies and independent producers across the petrochemical and oil & gas industries throughout the U.S.
The Capstreet Group, LLC is a Houston-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle market software, tech-enabled services and industrial business service companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Rosalind Fahey Kruse and Ziyad Aziz, and included associates Aaron Savella, Monica Diddell and Tyler Kuhn.
