On November 4, Willkie client AccessESP, a portfolio company of Lime Rock Partners, was acquired by Baker Hughes, one of the world’s largest energy technology companies.
AccessESP is a leading provider of advanced technology for artificial lift solutions in the oil field services industry.
Willkie previously advised Lime Rock Partners’ portfolio companies Rod and Tubing Services in its business combination with Certus Energy Solutions, and Axis Energy Services in its acquisition of Basic Energy’s Well Servicing and Completion & Remedial segment assets outside of California.
The Willkie team was led by partners Suneet (Kris) Agarwal and Jay Hughes, and included partner Robert Jacobson and associates Sidney Nunez, Christian Truman and Alison Roach.
