On October 25, Willkie client Credit Bureau Connection, a provider of credit report and compliance solutions to automotive dealers, lenders, and other end markets, announced the acquisition of CreditDriver Solutions, a soft credit technology provider offering lead generation and sales enablement tools.
Credit Bureau Connection is a portfolio company of Capstreet, a Houston-based private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market software, tech-enabled services, and industrial business services companies.
Willkie previously advised Capstreet in numerous transactions, including its investment in Credit Bureau Connection in 2021.
The deal team was led by partners Rosalind Fahey Kruse, Robert Jacobson and Andrew Thomison and included associates Aaron Savella, Jonathan Hess, Tyler Kuhn, Dylan Rosenfield and Tyler Wills.
