On October 13, Willkie client ASG, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, announced its acquisition of Sierra Interactive, a residential real estate software and services provider for agents, teams and brokers in the U.S. and Canada.
ASG is a software business backed by Alpine Investors that buys and builds market-leading vertical SaaS companies. Willkie previously advised ASG in the sale of ImageQuix to Charlesbank Capital Partners, and Mindful, also an Alpine Investors portfolio company, in its sale to Medallia, Inc.
Alpine Investors is a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco and focused on investments in the software, business services and consumer services industries.
The Willkie team was led by partner Patrick Sandor.
