On September 21, LLR Partners announced its growth investment in PCS Software, a transportation management platform and portfolio company of Willkie client Capstreet Group, which remains a minority shareholder in the business.
PCS Software is a leading transportation management platform provider for shippers, carriers and brokerages in North America. Its AI-driven transportation management platform automates the entire transportation logistics operation via a single comprehensive web-based solution. LLR’s investment in PCS is expected to support its continued organic growth and product innovation as well as the pursuit of strategic acquisitions.
Willkie previously advised Capstreet on numerous transactions, including its acquisition of a majority stake in PCS in 2019.
Founded in 1990, Capstreet is a Houston-based private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market software, tech-enabled services and industrial business services companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Rosalind Fahey Kruse and Jessica Sheridan, and included associates Thomas Merante, Ryan McNamara and Zoe Sellman.
