On September 15, Willkie client Edcetera, a leading online continuing education provider and portfolio company of Eden Capital, announced its acquisition of PrepFE, an exam prep platform that helps engineers pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
The acquisition is expected to enable PrepFE to develop new educational offerings designed to meet the needs of engineers throughout their career. Edcetera (formerly known as PDH Academy) now has educational offerings in engineering covering the entire professional lifecycle from career entry and exam prep to continuing education and professional development.
Eden Capital is a sector-focused private equity firm backing leading management teams in education, tech and business services companies.
