New York, NY, June 21, 2022 --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the addition of Tilda Shin, who has joined as a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office, where she will be a member of the Corporate & Financial Services Department. A corporate lawyer with a focus on transactions in numerous industries, Tilda is the eighth partner to join Willkie’s Los Angeles office this year. Since opening in September 2021 with three partners, the office has added close to 20 partners across various practice areas, including corporate and M&A transactions, private equity, music and entertainment, asset management, private wealth, litigation, and tax.
“Tilda is a skilled corporate attorney with significant experience handling complex acquisitions, joint ventures and financings for clients across a broad range of industries,” said Alan Epstein, who chairs Willkie’s Entertainment Transactions Practice and co-led the launch of the LA office. “Her addition further bolsters our growing Los Angeles team and transactional capabilities on complex deals and we are thrilled to welcome her to Willkie.”
Tilda has a diverse corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate matters. She brings significant experience representing clients in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity financings, including complex transactions in the entertainment, media and technology industries.
Tilda was previously senior counsel in the Capital Markets & Corporate Department at Loeb & Loeb LLP. In addition, Tilda is a retired Certified Public Accountant in California.
