Willkie advised Insight Partners as lead investor in logistics startup TradeLink.
Willkie recently advised Insight Partners as lead investor in the Series A funding round for TL Digital Solutions GmbH (TradeLink) that raised approximately €12 million. Fly Ventures Fund II GmbH & Co. KG and Point Nine Capital Fund V GmbH & Co.KG also participated in the funding round.
Headquartered in Munich, Germany, TradeLink operates a supply chain collaboration platform that visualizes, organizes and connects customers' supply chains and provides organizational tools for transport logistics, warehouse and supply chain management.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies. The closing of the firm's recent fundraise, Fund XII, brings Insight Partners' regulatory assets under management to over $90 billion.
