New York, NY, June 24, 2022 --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP announced today that Fabrice Veverka will join the Firm as a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. He will be based in the Paris office.
Fabrice’s practice focuses on M&A transactions involving both listed and unlisted companies, on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds.
Fabrice has been involved in a number of significant M&A transactions in the French market in recent years. He recently advised Alstom on the sale of its Coradia Polyvalent platform, its Reichshoffen site and its TALENT 3 platform to the Spanish manufacturer CAF. He also advised Sony Music on the merger of Deezer with SPAC I2PO, which will lead to the IPO of Deezer.
He will strengthen Willkie’s stock exchange/public M&A practice in Paris, as he brings significant experience in public offerings, concerted actions and, more generally, the sale or acquisition of equity interests in listed companies.
