Willkie advised STARK on its acquisition of German building material distributor.
On April 28, Willkie client STARK Deutschland GmbH announced its acquisition of KONZ Group, a midsized building materials distributor headquartered in Waiblingen, Germany.
The KONZ Group is a family-run building materials dealer with seven locations in southwestern and eastern Germany.
STARK Deutschland GmbH is one of the leading building materials dealers in Germany and part of the international STARK Group, based in Copenhagen.
Willkie previously advised STARK Deutschland GmbH on its acquisition of Austrian building material distributor Dach & Wand Handels GmbH, as well as on its acquisitions of Tröger & Entenmann Group, a leading German provider of water and gas supply and wastewater disposal solutions, and Melle Gallhöfer, a leading German distributor of roofing and facade building materials
