On May 11, Willkie client Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) announced an investment in Global Loan Agency Services (GLAS) in partnership with its founders and management team.
GLAS offers a broad range of administration, agency and trustee services developed specifically for the credit markets, covering private credit, leveraged finance, capital markets and bankruptcy. Headquartered in London, GLAS has more than 180 employees with offices in France, Germany, Australia and the United States.
LLCP is a middle-market private equity firm with approximately $9.2 billion of assets under management and a 38-year track record of investing across various targeted sectors, including franchising, business services, education and engineered products.
