On May 4, AutoRABIT, the leading Salesforce DevSecOps platform provider for regulated industries, announced $26 million in new investment from existing investor Full In Partners, a premier growth equity firm.
AutoRABIT is expected to use the Series B investment to fund growth initiatives and product development focused on solving the security and development challenges faced by regulated companies using Salesforce.
Full In Partners is a premier woman-led growth equity firm based in New York City.
Willkie previously advised Full In Partners in the sale of ServiceCore to Mainsail Partners.
The Willkie team was led by partners Maria-Leticia Ossa Daza and Anna Martini G. Pereira and included visiting foreign law clerk Cecilia Sarabia.
