Willkie advised Orion Advisor Solutions on its acquisition of a leading CRM software firm serving the wealth management industry.
On April 19, Willkie client Orion Advisor Solutions, a provider of transformative wealthtech solutions for fiduciary advisors, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Redtail Technology, a leading web-based client relationship management (CRM) software firm serving the wealth management industry.
Orion supports more than 2,300 independent advisory firms with approximately $1.9 trillion in assets under administration and $60 billion of wealth management platform assets.
Founded in 2003, Redtail is a leading provider of web-based CRM, compliant text messaging solutions, paperless office and email archiving solutions in the financial services industry.
The Willkie team was led by partners Jeffrey Poss and Manuel Miranda and included associates Christian Bonser and Gregory Segal.
