New York, NY, April 4, 2022 --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Anne Kleffmann has joined the Firm as a partner in the Frankfurt office, where she is a part of the Litigation Department and Labor & Employment Practice.
With over twenty years of employment law experience, Anne advises companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions on all aspects of individual and collective labor law, and transactional labor law. She helps clients, including both German and multinational clients, navigate complex and business-critical employment law matters for both standalone labor issues and transactions. She regularly advises on collective labor law matters in reorganizations (including organizational integration after a merger), restructurings and works agreements, and in transaction-related matters such as domestic and cross-border transactions, acquisitions of insolvent companies, carve-outs, pension matters and service and employment contracts. She was previously a partner at Latham & Watkins.
