Willkie advised Unipex in its agreement to be acquired by Barentz International.
Barentz International, a global life science ingredients distributor, announced on March 22 that it will acquire Unipex, a leading French distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemicals.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, Barentz, a portfolio company of Cinven, has operations in more than 60 countries. The acquisition of Paris-based Unipex is expected to further Barentz’s growth strategy to become the leading global life science distributor.
