Willkie advised funds affiliated with Insight Partners as lead investor in the funding round.
On March 28, incident automation company Shoreline.io announced that it had raised $35 million in a Series B funding round led by Willkie client Insight Partners. Dawn Capital also participated in the investment round.
Shoreline provides real-time automation and control for cloud operations.
Insight Partners is a leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software ScaleUp companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Guercio and Nathan Sawyer and associates Rebecca Wainstein and Matthew Arnold.
