Willkie advised Insight Partners as lead investor in the funding round.
Leapsome GmbH announced on March 24 that it raised approximately €55 million in a Series A funding round led by Willkie client Insight Partners. Creandum and the Visionaries Club also participated in the investment round.
Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, Leapsome operates a performance management and employee engagement platform. The financing is expected to accelerate Leapsome’s international growth and the development of its platform.
Insight Partners is a leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software ScaleUp companies.
