Willkie advised STARK Group on the acquisition of Austrian building material distributor Dach & Wand Handels GmbH.
On February 15, STARK Group announced its acquisition of Austrian roofing and facade building material distributor Dach & Wand Handels GmbH from Swiss building materials manufacturer Swisspearl Group.
The acquisition is expected to give STARK Group a strong foothold in the Austrian market for distribution of building materials. With seven branches in Austria's largest cities, Dach & Wand Handels is one of the country’s top sellers and distributors of heavy building materials to professional craftsmen.
STARK Group is a leading business-to-business distributor of heavy building materials for the construction industry in the Nordics and Germany, with a strategic focus on serving professional builders.
