Willkie advised Full In Partners in its sale of ServiceCore.
On February 15, Willkie client Full In Partners announced the sale of its stake in ServiceCore, a provider of cloud-based business management software for the liquid waste and roll-off industries, to growth equity investor Mainsail Partners as part of a $54 million transaction.
This is the first exit for Full In Partners, which acquired a majority stake in ServiceCore in 2019. ServiceCore provides an all-in-one platform to manage work orders, dispatch, billing, payments and inventory for portables, septic and roll-off businesses.
Full In Partners is a premier woman-led growth equity firm based in New York City.
The Willkie team was led by partners Maria-Leticia Ossa Daza and Anna Martini G. Pereira, associate Madison Wiles-Haffner and law clerk Cecilia Sarabia.
