Willkie advised WebPT on its acquisition of Clinicient, a provider of practice management software for outpatient rehab therapy practices.
On January 19, WebPT, the leading outpatient physical rehabilitation SaaS platform for patient and practice management services, announced the acquisition of Clinicient and its subsidiary Keet.
The acquisition is expected to fuel innovation in solutions for rehabilitation therapy practices. Combined, the two companies serve more than 27,000 clinics and 43 million patients.

Clinicient's Insight and Insight Go platforms provide an integrated EMR, billing, and business intelligence solution to outpatient rehab therapy practices. Clinicient's subsidiary, Keet, provides an integrated patient and provider solution to track and benchmark patient outcomes.
