Willkie advised STARK on its civil engineering division’s acquisition of Tröger & Entenmann Group.
On January 11, STARK Deutschland GmbH announced that its civil engineering subsidiary, Muffenrohr Tiefbauhandel GmbH, acquired Tröger & Entenmann Group, a leading German provider of water and gas supply and wastewater disposal solutions.
STARK Deutschland is one of the leading building materials dealers in Germany and part of the international STARK Group, based in Copenhagen. Its subsidiary Muffenrohr Tiefbauhandel GmbH is a German civil engineering company with over 100 years of experience.
Willkie previously advised STARK Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of Melle Gallhöfer, a German specialist distributor of roofing and facade building materials, from private equity fund palero.
