New York, NY (January 4, 2022) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the addition of Sarah B. Gelb, who has joined the Firm as a partner in the Finance Practice. She is based in Willkie’s New York office. Sarah was previously a partner at Dechert LLP.

Sarah’s practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including secured financing and loan transactions, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and debt offerings in private and public markets. She has a diverse and expansive client base, regularly advising public and private companies, private equity and other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as financial institutions, business development companies, private debt funds and other providers of senior, mezzanine and subordinated capital.
