On January 20, Exclaimer Group, a leading provider email signature management solutions, announced its acquisition of Periodic, a provider of calendaring and appointment scheduling software.
The acquisition is expected to enhance Exclaimer Group’s email signature management solutions by providing a streamlined booking option for customers to use within their email signatures.
For over 20 years, U.K.-based Exclaimer Group has been providing world-class email signature solutions for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its investment in Exclaimer Group.
