Willkie advised Insight Partners on its investment in BigPanda as part of the Series D funding round.
BigPanda, Inc., the leader in AIOps event correlation and automation, announced on January 12 that it raised $190 million in a financing round led by Advent International and Insight Partners.
BigPanda provides an AIOps event correlation and automation platform that enables IT operations teams to automate incident management and keep their digital businesses running smoothly. Insight Partners previously led the Series C funding round that raised $50 million for BigPanda in 2019.
Insight Partners is a leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software ScaleUp companies.
