New York, NY (November 2, 2021) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Rosalind Fahey Kruse has been named Managing Partner of the New York office.
Roz, a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, has been a trusted advisor to Willkie staff professionals, attorneys and clients for many years. She has comprehensive knowledge of the New York office and the Firm, having been in leadership roles at Willkie for decades. In addition to serving on the Executive Committee, she is currently a member of the Compensation Committee, Lateral Partner Integration Committee, Professional Personnel Committee, and Women’s Professional Development Committee.
“Roz has been a dedicated partner and colleague for more than 25 years, and has contributed greatly to Willkie. I congratulate her on her appointment to Managing Partner of the New York office,” said Firm Chairman Thomas Cerabino.

Rosalind Fahey Kruse focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, private equity transactions, debt and equity financings, and general corporate and securities law matters. She regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, boards of directors, and senior management on strategic and governance matters.
In 2020, she was awarded the “Thought Leadership Award” by Corporate Counsel magazine at the Women, Influence & Power in Law awards, honoring top women lawyers who have made a remarkable difference in the legal profession. She was also named to the 2021 “Notable Women in Law” list by Crain’s New York Business, honoring talented attorneys for their achievements in the law, professional leadership and philanthropic activities, and named to The Deal’s 2021 Top Women in Dealmaking list.
