As a member of the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance, Willkie stands with other member firms in response to Attorney General Garland’s recent call to the legal profession to address the eviction crisis and help low-income tenants seek relief through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). Communities of color are disproportionately affected by the housing crisis and are historically underrepresented in landlord-tenant matters.
