New York, NY (July 19, 2021) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Dvir Oren has joined the Firm as a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department, where he will be part of Willkie’s market-leading Private Equity Practice Group. He is based in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Oren was previously an equity partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Mr. Oren has significant experience guiding private equity sponsors and public and private companies in complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority and growth investments, tender and exchange offers, carve-out transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, SPACs and de-SPACs and investments in general partners. He has counseled leading private equity sponsors on some of the most notable transactions in recent years, spanning the technology, fintech, healthcare, life sciences, retail, industrial and other industries. He also counsels boards of directors and special committees of public and private companies on corporate governance, securities and strategic matters.
