On April 28, EasyMile and Willkie client Searchlight Capital Partners, a leading global private investment firm, announced the closing of a €55 million Series B funding round led by Searchlight.
EasyMile provides software and complete solutions for driverless mobility and goods transportation. The funding, which was oversubscribed, will facilitate the completion of EasyMile’s product and technology roadmap while accelerating its international expansion and client service.
With offices in New York, London and Toronto, Searchlight has over $9 billion in assets under management. Searchlight seeks to invest in businesses where its long-term capital and strategic support accelerate value creation for all stakeholders.
The Willkie team was led by London partners Gavin Gordon and Andrew Gray, and included partner Cedric Hajage and counsel Georges Balit in Paris.
