Zurich-based investment and asset manager StoneVest and seed investors have formed the new investment platform Industrial Properties Europe (IPE) based in Luxembourg. Following its formation, IPE has acquired two properties from AL-KO Kober group, which are long-term leased to companies of the AL-KO Kober group.
Willkie advises StoneVest and the real estate managers Wulf Meinel and Bruce Jenyon on the formation of the IPE platform and IPE on the acquisition of the first two properties.
IPE intends to invest approximately €500 million in logistics and light industrial real estate over the next three to five years. StoneVest is on board as co-investor and asset manager.
