Willkie’s London office advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) on its acquisition of the Creditinfo Group, in partnership with its founder and management team. LLCP will help Creditinfo Group to keep expanding its operations and support financial institutions with a full suite of best-in-class credit risk management tools.
