Willkie’s Paris office advised Five Arrows Principal Investments and IK Investment Partners on their agreement with Insight Partners to invest in iad.
Willkie clients Five Arrows Principal Investments (FAPI) and IK Investment Partners (IK) have entered into an agreement for Insight Partners to invest in iad alongside Naxicap Partners and iad’s founders, Malik Benrejdal, Jade Benrejdal and Jerome Chabin. Created in 2008, iad is a digital real estate network exclusively made up of over 13,000 independent commercial agents mostly in France.
FAPI is the European corporate private equity business of Rothschild & Co Merchant Banking focused on investing in middle-market companies in Western Europe.
IK is a pan-European private equity firm focused on investments in the Nordics, DACH region, France and Benelux.
The deal team is led by partners Eduardo Fernandez and Grégory de Saxcé and includes counsel Gil Kiener and associates Louis Jambu-Merlin, Charles-Louis Pierron and Marion Callot on the corporate aspects as well as partner Faustine Viala and associate Maud Boukhris on the antitrust aspects.
