On November 19, it was announced that DuoTherm Rolladen GmbH is joining the Stella group, a portfolio company of PAI Partners SAS, headquartered in France.
DuoTherm is a major player in the development, manufacturing and sale of roller shutters and blinds in the German market. In 2020, the Nettersheim-Zingsheim-based company is expected to generate a turnover of around 27 million euros. It employs 135 people.
StellaGroup, which achieved a turnover of 460 million euros in 2019, is a growing European leader in external shading and sun protection. The group now has more than half of its turnover outside France, in Germany, the Netherlands and Great Britain.
The Willkie team was led by partners Christophe Garaud in Paris and Dr. Axel Wahl in Frankfurt. The team also included partners Susanne Zuehlke and Dr. Bettina Bokeloh, counsel Gil Kiener and associates Ilie Manole, Martin Waśkowski and Cesare Vannuchi.
