Willkie advised the majority shareholder in its sale of EL-CAB Sp. z o.o. to Amphenol.
Willkie advised the majority shareholder of EL-CAB Sp. z o.o. (El-Cab) on the sale of its shares to Amphenol Technologies Holding GmbH, an affiliate of Amphenol Corporation. El-Cab, headquartered in Owinska, Poland, has been present in the Polish and international market since 1996. El-Cab manufactures and sells various types of wire harness systems for a wide range of vehicles and devices, module systems and control boxes for vehicles and electronic assemblies.
The Willkie team was led by partner Dr. Maximilian Schwab and associate Dr. Matthias Schudlo, and included associates Andreas Sandberger, Philip Thürmer and Tobias Gerigk.
