Willkie represents Intermediate Capital Group in connection with its investment in Biogroup, a leading French operator of medical diagnostic laboratories.
Willkie advised ICG Europe VII, an affiliate of Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), in connection with its minority investment in Biogroup. The proceeds of ICG’s investment were used in part to finance Biogroup’s acquisition of CMA-Medina, the leading medical diagnostics laboratories operator in Belgium, which completed on October 30, 2020.
The Willkie deal team was led by partner Eduardo Fernandez and includes partner Gabriel Flandin and special European counsel David Lambert on corporate aspects; partner Paul Lombard on financing; special European counsel Philippe Grudé on tax; and special European counsel Charles-Antoine Erignac on regulatory aspects.
