Ms. Saviano is among five attorneys nationwide recognized as a Rising Star in Real Estate.
Real estate partner Carly Saviano was profiled for Law360’s 2020 Rising Star series as one of five attorneys in the Real Estate category. Among her achievements over the past year, she is recognized for her role representing Harbor Group International in a $1.85 billion purchase of a 36-multifamily property portfolio, one of the largest apartment portfolio sales in recent years.
In the article, Law360 highlights the complex issues Ms. Saviano faced in the Harbor Group portfolio transaction, which included over 13,000 units. She also discusses what led her to become a real estate attorney, changes she sees for the industry in the years ahead and what drives her success.
