Partner Lionel Spizzichino, based in the firm’s Paris office, was recently selected to serve as member of one of the highly regarded French legal review journals on restructuring law, the Revue des Procédures Collectives.
Mr. Spizzichino is also an active member of the group advising the Haut Comité Juridique de la place Financière de Paris (HCJP) created at the joint instigation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the French Central Bank. He is currently working on the recommendations of the HCJP regarding the implementation in France of the transposition of the European directive on preventive and restructuring frameworks.
