On June 25, Michelle Silverthorn, founder and CEO of Inclusion Nation, presented a webinar to the firm on the subjects of inclusion and anti-racism.
Her talk, titled “Change the Rules, Change the World: Ten Rules for Allyship and Justice in the Legal Profession,” addressed equity, allyship and inclusion and how we can together build an organization where everyone can bring their authentic selves and still belong and succeed.
Michelle Silverthorn is a diversity speaker, culture change expert, and a former practicing lawyer. She works with clients across the country in all industries to design spaces centered on equity, belonging and authenticity. A TEDx speaker and author of the forthcoming book, “Authentic Diversity: How to Change the Workplace for Good,” Michelle is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Michigan Law School.
