Willkie advised Searchlight Capital Partners in the transaction.
On January 21, Searchlight Capital Partners completed its acquisition, through Ograi BidCo AB, of a controlling stake in the share capital of Opus Group AB, a publicly listed Swedish technology-driven, global leader in the vehicle inspection and intelligent vehicle support markets. Willkie advised Searchlight Capital Partners on the transaction.
Ograi BidCo AB is a private limited liability company indirectly owned by SCP III EPC UK Limited, an entity which is managed and advised by Searchlight. Searchlight Capital Partners is a private investment firm operating across North America and Europe that identifies and develops distinctive opportunities for its investors and partner companies through creative transaction structuring, thoughtful strategic direction, operational expertise, deep industry knowledge and an integrated transatlantic team.
