New York, NY (October 30, 2019) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that it has deepened its cross-border finance team with the appointment of prominent debt finance partner Ashley Young in London. Mr. Young will join Willkie’s Finance Practice Group on November 25, 2019 and will be the firm’s fourth lateral hire in London this year. He was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Mr. Young has approximately 20 years of experience advising clients on complex cross-border debt finance and special situation transactions. His practice focuses on acting for sponsors and borrowers, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as credit funds at all levels of the capital structure on domestic and international acquisitions, leveraged financings, restructurings and special situations.
