Paris office represents BlackFin Capital Partners on the fundraising of BlackFin Tech Fund 1, a fund dedicated to European Fintechs, Insurtechs and Regtechs.
On July 18, Willkie client BlackFin Capital Partners announced that it reached €180 million for its final closing of its first venture capital fund, Black Fin Tech Fund 1. The fund reached its hard cap and surpassed its initial targeted amount of €150 million. The fund has brought together a diversified group of top-tier European institutional investors. BlackFin Tech Fund 1, is dedicated to European Fintechs, Insurtechs and Regtechs.
The deal was handled by partner Nathalie Duguay with the assistance of associates Raphaël Bloch and Barbara Botbol.
