Willkie represents Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, in its latest notes offering.
On April 28, Willkie client Lennar Corporation announced that it completed the sale of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.50% Senior Notes due 2024. Miami-based Lennar (NYSE: LEN), one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, constructs affordable, move-up and retirement homes.
The transaction was handled by partners David Boston and Laura Delanoy and associates Howard Block, Caleb Vesey and Caroline Dreyspool.
