The liquids storage terminal facility has storage capacity of more than six million barrels.
On February 2, Willkie client Zenith Energy, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, agreed to acquire a liquids storage terminal facility located in the port of Amsterdam from BP plc. The facility has storage capacity of more than six million barrels for gasoline, ethanol, middle distillates, biodiesel, kerosene and LPG.
BP will remain a significant customer of the terminal after transferring ownership to Zenith.
Houston-headquartered Zenith Energy is an international liquids and bulk terminaling company.
The deal was handled by partner Francois Feuillat and associates Matteo Matteucci and Sayjel Revell.
