Mr. Klingbaum joins firm as a partner in the New York office, effective October 22, 2014.
Willkie is pleased to announce that Leonard Klingbaum has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department in the New York office, where he will be a member of the Banking/Debt Finance Practice.
Mr. Klingbaum focuses on leveraged finance. He has nearly 15 years of experience representing clients in sophisticated financing matters including in connection with acquisition finance and distressed and insolvency matters. Mr. Klingbaum acts on behalf of private equity firms and corporate clients as general finance counsel. He also regularly represents participants in all aspects of distressed investing, strategic lending, loan-to-own and restructuring matters.
