Sanofi-aventis agrees to acquire Laboratoire Oenobiol, the leading French manufacturer of nutritional, health and beauty supplements.
On October 29, it was announced that Willkie client Sanofi-aventis, a leading global pharmaceutical company, entered into an agreement to acquire Laboratoire Oenobiol, the leading French manufacturer of nutritional, health and beauty supplements. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year. In September, the firm represented Sanofi-aventis in its €370 million agreement to acquire Fovea Pharmaceuticals, a privately held French research and development biopharmaceutical company.
