e.n.o. energy sells a portfolio of six wind farms to Dutch investor DIF Renewable Energies, and acquires a portfolio of 17 wind farms in development from French wind park developer Energie Eolienne France.
It was recently announced that Willkie client e.n.o. energy has sold in auction a portfolio of six wind farms to Dutch investor DIF Renewable Energies. The wind farms are located in the German states Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandenburg. Based in the Baltic coastal resort of Rerik, e.n.o. energy builds, finances and manages wind turbines for the European market. DIF Renewable Energy is an investor fund focused on onshore wind projects and other renewable energies including solar in the European and North American markets. The deal was handled in the Frankfurt office by national partner Dr. Andreas Hautkappe and partner Mario Schmidt, and associates Heidi Landauer, Ingo Bednarz, Frank Geißler and Ole Oldenburg.
In a separate recently announced transaction, the Frankfurt and Paris offices advised e.n.o. energy in its acquisition of a portfolio of 17 wind farms in development from French wind park developer Energie Eolienne France. The wind farms are located in Brittany, France. Energie Eolienne specializes in the development, management and sale of wind parks in France, with a concentration in Normandy and Brittany. This transaction was handled by national partner Dr. Andreas Hautkappe and partner Mario Schmidt in Frankfurt, partner Eduardo Fernandez in Paris, and associates Heidi Landauer and Carsten Ludwig in Frankfurt, and Vanessa Zecchinel and Rym Loucif in Paris.
