Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation agrees to acquire IsoTis, Inc. in an all cash transaction.
On August 7, it was announced that Willkie client Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation has agreed to acquire IsoTis, Inc. in an all cash transaction. Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation is a world leader in regenerative medicine. IsoTis is an orthobiologics company that develops, manufactures and markets proprietary products for the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases and disorders. The deal was handled by partners David Boston and Christopher Peters, and associates Laura Delanoy, Thomas O’Grady, Peter Agnetti, Bret Cohen, Jordan Messinger, Sanjay Narayan, and Megan Vallerie.
