Pierre Ullmann joins the Paris office as a partner in the Tax Department.
The firm is pleased to announce that Pierre Ullmann has joined the Paris office as a partner in the Tax Department. Mr. Ullmann specializes in handling French and international tax law aspects of major M&A transactions and restructurings of listed and unlisted companies. He regularly advises on financial instruments and derivatives, the structuring of international investments and personal estate tax matters. Additionally, he has particular expertise advising on real estate projects for foreign investors. Prior to joining Willkie, Mr. Ullmann led the tax law practice in the Paris office of Brandford Griffith & Associates.
