Dr. Markus M. Wenserski joins the Corporate and Financial Services Department in the Frankfurt office.
On July 1, the firm welcomed Dr. Markus M. Wenserski, formerly a partner at Haarmann Hemmelrath, as a member of the Corporate and Financial Services Department in the Frankfurt office. Dr. Wenserski will focus his practice on private equity/venture capital, M&A/capital markets, cross border leasing, and corporate reorganization. A renowned corporate and tax specialist, he was recently recognized in the international press for advising Swisscom on its €640 million sale of German wireless phone company Debitel to British private equity firm Permira and for advising SAP AG in its public takeover bid for SAP Systems Integration AG. Additionally, he is noted for his involvement in 21 major cross border leasing transactions occurring between July 2002 and June 2003. Dr. Wenserski is also a German Tax Adviser.
