Mr. Nix joins the firm’s New York office as a member of the Intellectual Property Group practicing in the Litigation Department.
Willkie is pleased to announce that Kelsey I. Nix has become a member of the firm. Effective October 6, Mr. Nix will reside in the firm’s New York office as a member of the Intellectual Property Group practicing in the Litigation Department. Mr. Nix has extensive experience litigating complex patent cases in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission, including jury and non-jury trials and appeals. He also regularly represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
